As some of you already know, after 10 years at Monash, I’ve decided to leave.. and better still I’ve received an offer from William Angliss to do a Certificate IV in Hospitality (Patisserie stream) for next year and half (full time).
Here are some of the pics from the Thank You cupcakes I made for all my friends at the office.. In line with Christmas coming up, I had 2 types of cupcakes and put them in a little box supplied again by Joanie and I just lurve the gold heart embossed sticker.. 1. Spiced Fruit Cake (soaked in french brandy) and 2. Banana with Honey Cake, with strawberry vanilla icing.
