So one of our Teachers mentioned that we were to go on a field trip (Implementation of Food Safety procedures) and I suggested RACV Club down on Little Collins Street, we had the OK from the Executive Chef Pierrick Boyer and today we went off to Le Petit Gateau. Pierrick gave us a tour in the kitchen and gave us some tips for getting into the industry. And as we were having coffee and cake, in walks Adriano Zumbo! What luck! Both chefs, equally nice and we were fortunate to meet them. I had the Black Beauty cake and two macarons (Lychee and Pistachio).
