Farewell Monash…

As some of you already know, after 10 years at Monash, I’ve decided to leave.. and better still I’ve received an offer from William Angliss to do a Certificate IV in Hospitality (Patisserie stream) for next year and half (full time).

Here are some of the pics from the Thank You cupcakes I made for all my friends at the office.. In line with Christmas coming up, I had 2 types of cupcakes and put them in a little box supplied again by Joanie and I just lurve the gold heart embossed sticker.. 1. Spiced Fruit Cake (soaked in french brandy) and 2. Banana with Honey Cake, with strawberry vanilla icing.

I’m also keeping in mind that all these courses cost $$$ therefore, it will take a bit of time before I can do all of them.. but hopefully soon so that I can open my shop..
